Graciela Chapple (she/her)

Graciela Chapple is a healthcare management professional and current Manager of the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Day Surgery, Block Room, Preadmit and Blood Conservation.

With over eight years of leadership experience in patient access, emergency department operations, and perioperative care, she brings expertise in optimizing patient flow, quality improvement, and strategic planning. Graciela holds an Executive MBA and is a Certified Canadian Healthcare Executive, actively involved in initiatives that enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.

Graciela is passionate about advancing equitable access to care and promoting holistic wellness - values that align closely with Humana's mission. Outside of her professional role, she is a proud mom of two and loves staying active by playing volleyball.
