Jacqueline Radix (she/her)

Jacqueline is currently the AVP, Digital Enablement at Canada Life and former Senior Director, Member Experience at Info-Tech Research Group. Jacqueline holds a Master of Computer Science degree from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science from Western University.

Jacqueline brings strong leadership, strategic planning, and business process management skills to her role on the board. Her project management and software engineering expertise provide a unique perspective to strategic discussions and problem solving that focusses on finding novel solutions by asking key questions to get to the root cause.

Currently, Jacqueline represents Canada Life on the CLIEDIS board of directors and was previously the Director of Partnerships, for PMI Southwestern Ontario Chapter.

Jacqueline was inspired to join Humana’s board in 2022 out of a life-long interest in supporting youth services.
